Return Process

  Log into your Lifely account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure your items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging to guarantee a safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our couriers to collect the furniture from your doorstep.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
